I am a champion of creativity and creative people who change the fortunes of brands, companies, people and planet. I have been fortunate enough to be recognised as one of the Top Ten Global Creatives of the past decade, and over the course of almost 20 years I have helped build, maintain and lead the creative product of some of the hottest ad agencies in the world including Crispin Porter & Bogusky in the U.S., Colenso BBDO in New Zealand and Saatchi & Saatchi in Australia. During that time I have earned a reputation as an innovator who makes brands famous by any relevant means possible; a future gazer who reinvents revenue streams for global organisations; and a social entrepreneur who founded an impact agency to execute complete business transformations propelling newer more purpose-based companies into the spotlight. I have had the pleasure of working on the world’s biggest and most iconic brands including Nike, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Burger King, Virgin Atlantic, Miller Brewing Company, Google and American Express to name but a few; my thinking and creative leadership have been recognised with over 100 pieces of metal and finalists at all major international advertising award shows; and I have judged the work of my peers on juries around the world on many occasions. I am currently an Advisory Board Member for REAL, a pioneer in the impact investment sector, and most notably the Founder & President of Shelly Beach Motorcycle Club, an organisation ushering in a new era in marine conservation.
